rapid Broadband deployment
Nearly $50 million in relief funds to aid in broadband expansion and COVID-19 response in the areas of telehealth, libraries, and education.
sMALL bUSINESS gRANT pROGRAM
$30 million to provide relief to small businesses and family-owned farms for reimbursement of costs of business interruption due to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
PPE Production Grant Program
$20 million to increase production of personal protective equipment (PPE) needed to help contain the spread of COVID-19.

The Return Strong initiative is aimed at strengthening Missouri’s Workforce as it bounces back from the economic impacts of COVID-19.

$15 million to aid destination marketing organizations as they encourage safe travel and rebuild the state’s tourism economy.

A new online platform designed to assist businesses as they look to become more resilient and adapt to COVID-19 disruptions.
General Guidelines to Reopen Missouri’s Economy
In light of the expiration of Executive Order 20-09, it is still recommended that Missourians limit our activity and interactions and continue to maintain social distancing and practice good hygiene to protect our neighbors and ourselves. More prescriptive requirements may exist in your community, and individuals are encouraged to check local public health authorities for further guidance.
